It doesn't take being a theist or an atheist for anyone to realise this so called issue was created for a pupose that has nothing to do with the issue itself. This isn't the first time we've seen some phoney baloney issue created from thin air to be used for politcal purposes. A man who thinks he might be a women may feel as though he is entitled to whip it out in a ladies restroom, but that sort of reasoning has rarely worked as a defense for lascivious and lewd behavior... it might earn someone a ticket to the loony bin (thereby avoiding jail or prison time) but for the most part we are all expected to use good judgement and common sense when in public.
And if you've ever encountered a predatory victim you should already know that not all self described victims are what they say they are.
