b) I have no desire for you to be like me, what are you talking about? I just want you to realise that insulting someone's family in the manner which you did and your insults to others on a regular basis are unacceptable (either in regards to the ToS or general behaviour).
c) You haven't come across as willing to do anything but pass the buck, I'll remain on my high horse until you accept your behaviour is wrong. If you do, you'll get an apology from me.
