Bit late for me now though eh?

All right. Let's see what the damage is.
EDIT - That looks like a real world quote, no1. Churchill?
EDIT 2 - So that's what Venetian Girl Scouts look like. Is that what 'Militia' means in Venetian? 'Girl Scouts'?
EDIT 3 - OK, nothing too dramatic happened on my end. Good.
I named that militia unit the "Friuli Scouts" in your honor. Haven't caught up to my "invasionary forces" yet; net gain of two provinces from Hungary to the Republic that turn. And are you going to send your junk fleet out or keep it in the Christman wrapping all game?

Aragon won his bet; the Frenchbot didn't try to re-take Champagne and Acquitaine took Flanders too. The French and Hafsid fleets vanished and it doesn't look like they were sunk, so apparently Bot fleets eventually disappear. Princess Dimwit of Roum didn't move; shame the Med Alliance had a nice greeting waiting for her off Italy. The Mamulukes sank her Eastern fleet and attacked her only War Galley port of Tarsus and killed off a Commander, but got their "invasionary" force wiped out, too. It'll fall next turn barring an infidel screwup.
I luvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv Heather diplomacy.
1) Poland enters the war against Italy supposedly on the assurance that Bavaria will assist them against the Teutons;
2) Saxony, Bavaria's bestest buddy, is at war with the Teutons;
3) The Saxons in order to send troops west to help the Bavarians, make peace with the Teutons;
4) The Teutons promptly attack Poland and seize two Polish held provinces;
5) Meanwhile, the Poles have a 1000+ CS unit that just began it's task of mulling around somewhere near Venice (like the Bavarians have been doing since turn 4);
6) There ain't a single Bavarian unit anywhere near Poland to "assist" them and at least one more of their provinces will fall next turn.
The Saxons also agreed to help England against Acquitaine, but only at the price of a 10 gold province of England's being ceded to them before they've even done any fighting against the Acquitaines. Shrewd bargain, Freddy.
For the most part peace was all the Pope asked for.
This was the most wonderful season, The pope names it the Season Of Peace.
The Pope also expected some cash, an investigation is being done to see if perhaps these monies were lost in transit before any nation is blamed for not paying the Pope Tax©.
