You've been moved until your western border became your eastern border.
And I gained gold value, too, something you and the Bavarian haven't been able to do since Turn 5. At least I don't give the provinces I can't defend at the time to somebody else; that's a bit cowardly ain't it?

EDIT: According to the victory conditions, I'm ahead of you right now. And unlike the Saxon, I've had to earn it.

Yes, I'll tell you exactly what my moves are going to be. Better yet, I'll e-mail you my turnfile.

I left Istria wide open for two turns before the Bavarian could work up enough nerve to come in. I re-took Frulia with a single militia on Turn 10 and he was afraid to attack it last turn. My boys are coming back from overrunning Arles; it takes a ...[text shortened]... don't rely on tricks or stand there while our allies do all the fighting; we're not Saxons.
Yet again, the question remains unanswered. You're going to be great in politics.

There's no more Mad Duke of Arles left to smack around for easy plunder anywhere near you...and now you're allied so you can't smack him around any more. Arles is an advantage to the side that doesn't have him, it seems. Now you need to fight with the big boys. So far your track record against us hasn't been too hot.

I don't know; the Saxon ran away from Arles in Lorraine last turn and he's no#1 Heather in the rankings. And he's talking about me coming out and fighting????🙄

No shit Sherlock the question remains unanswered. How about this question: when, if ever, are you going to do some of the actual fighting against the Danes?
Once again, you seek to change the direction of the original inquiry and continue to avoid it. It had to do with your comments about "honest" fights,

Just because someone is inside their territory protecting themselves it doesn't mean that they are not fighting an honest fight. The Saxon troops have been in their ally's province, but not actually fighting.

Excuse me, Saxony suffered significant losses in Swabia this turn. Just a lot less than the enemy.

I read your excuse. But the fact remains that Arles is in possession of a province you owned. So scroll up, jerk, to ATY's comments.

How did that happen, Saxon? In an "honest" fight?

But what about the 1187 CP army in Zeeland that isn't assisting with Norway's fight with Denmark?

It's been sitting there since Turn 3; why use it to help your "ally" now?

Guess my family'll get slaughtered anyway.
I urge you to go out with some dignity and not go running like a thief through the night like Arles.

Excuse? It's a valid military reason. One which you appear to feel you are the only one to have access to or knowledge of. My net loss was 3 gold - no big deal. Compare that to the cost of the troops that would have fruitlessly gone down, then lecture me on tactics.
