Rob, I love your new corpulant Commander. He's so fat he has a -10 penalty to leading navies and horsemen. Boats sink and horses collapse under his weight.

The Sultan could reinforced his largest province last season, but clearly he finds Roum's bracing mountain breezes more salubrious than Cairo's flies and stench.
Salubrious Breeze sounds like a great name for a New Age jazz fusion band.

Or a gay weatherman.

He's pretty deadly on good ol' terra firma, though. I cracked up when I saw the name they game him. Denisov the Corpulent. So now I've got a blind commander and an obese one. I'm going to hire another commander this turn just to see what infirmity they give him. It would be cool if he was lame or something. Or bald.

You're such a moron. Did you EVER try to ally with the Mamulukes and/or Morocco??? Who doesn't GET the Diplomacy part, retard??
Actually, neither Roum nor Venice has ever tried to ally with me.

I can, however, confirm that Venice contacted me soon after I replaced the original Aquitaine for turn two. He was the first to contact me.

Where do you come up with this nonsense? I outnumber Morocco in province value 252 to 167, plus my total army has 6,860 CS and 259 HP. That's not including my few ships.

Nobody, and I mean nobody, comes out on top of the Golden Horde!

Sea power is 20% and your tug boats are pretty minor compared to Morocco's fleet. Personally, I'd rate the Horde no1 for the reasons you gave, but as I said the points are based on where you rank in each category so it tends to understate big advantages in any area. Maybe I'll change that if I play another game, but for now I'm leaving it so the PR's remain consistent.

Let's have the gory details...

Any other battles happen out there? The public is starved for entertainment.

It was a massive battle at sea. I had 6 MGalleys which died. It was my and Bavaria's fleets vs the Sicilian, Venitian and the Mamlukes' fleets. I haven't counted the losses to each side; they looked fairly close to even, at least as measured in damage taken, but I am not sure.

Well Great Khan, it is nice to have the no1 ranking for one week (as underserved as it appears to be by lookingat the map!)

I measure it as the Heathers losing units worth 146 Gold (96 of that ships; 6 Royal Galleons and 6 Medium Galleys) and Italy and the Mamulukes losing 138 Gold value (60 in ships; 3 Royal Galleons and 5 War Galleys). It would have been more in our favor, but apparently King Phil erred and put some Siege Machines in rank 1. In CS it was a bit more lopsided with our enemies getting an entire force worth 1392 Combat Strength destroyed to our 980.

BS - I went away for a week, started posting on the 1st and moving on the 2nd when I said I would. Thanks for waiting, but stop changing the subject.
