Ok what about my solution to sexual deviants?

First offence - cut of one goolie with a sharp knife!
Second offence - cut off the other goolie with a rusty saw!

A simple and effective solution to cure paedophiles, rapists and other sexual deviants. Problem is solved, panic is over.
