Its lovely, coffee flavors from the roasted malts 😀

Yes its true, New world beers tend to be way more alcohol, but the porter was originally a drink for dock workers to drink with their lunch and return to work, not the 8/9 ABV and upwards that our American and Canadian cousins have turned it into. Man you just gotta pole vault the line, don't yah!

I have an American Imperial Pale Ale, its 8.2 % ABV has those beautiful citrus flavors of American hops, Simcoe, Willamette, Chinook and something else I forget.

i remember when you pissed the deucer off...
it was nearly, what? seven years ago???
you called him by his title, not his name, that he had shared in a private club forum...
he was mad at you for days on end...
i also remember that i couldn't understand it, but, he didn't want that info shared publicly, and you did it to him...
it wasn't long after that, you did the same crappola to me...

and i will not forget that...

If the truth be known I am not a big fan of the Big Canadian (although I think they are all now owned by foreign interests) breweries as I find all of their offerings taste the same so I tend to like, when I do have a cold one or two, the micro brewery offerings.
