Anybody know if it is possible to reply to several messages at once? I don't think it is. I need to send the same reply to tons of people who are applying for jobs and don't want to do this one email reply at a time. I've looked online for the answer and in help and it doesn't seem possible. No, I don't mean the Out Of Office. Creating Rules doesn't seem to work either, unless I'm missing something.

Edit: Failing that, sign into your email client on the internet and see if you can do it that way.

Hmm. Yes, this might work. However, these are just strange people looking for jobs. Some will get that special invite, some won't. So they are not stored addresses. 🙁
By selecting all the emails you can export their contents/properties to excel - this should include email addresses. I've used it this way once I'm sure - it was a few years ago though in a different job, so I may be a bit rusty on it.
Once in Excel work through the list and put an identifying value against those to be interviewed, those to be declined.
Build your mailmerge on this basis. If you want to pretty it up a bit, add the given names of folks into the excel sheet, so you can address the email to them personally.

When you send, make sure their addresses go in the Bcc (blind carbon copy) section. You don't want to make the addresses visible to all recipients.
