That always happens if you post a less-than sign (I assume that's what you mean, because otherwise it wouldn't look like a heart at all) followed by something else without a space in between. So you can only post broken hearts. < 3

Can you let me know how you go? Funny enough I have need of mail merge today for an email newsletter and I have no idea how to do it! I use Thunderbird, but I have Outlook.
