One of the unspoken rules we have in our house is "I cooked, you clean." That's a good way to share responsibilities.

When I cook, I like to clean as i go. I find it very hard to relax and enjoy a meal with piles of dishes waiting.

i know what you mean-it really annoys my flat mates when i'm rushing to clean the last couple of pans when the food is laying on the table getting cold... 😕
