Since the conversation in the London Meet-Up thread seems to have turned to a similar event in the US and/or Canada, I figured I'd start a new thread for the purpose of discussing that.
Geographically, we're covering a much larger territory, so I thought it might be worthwhile to consider two meet-ups, one for the eastern half of the continent, and one for the western half.
For the east, the middle would be somewhere like Washington DC, or maybe Pittsburgh (DC might be easier to fly into, Pittsburgh might be a little closer to central).
For the west, I'm thinking Denver or San Francisco.
What do you all think?
