Legendary actor and recluse Gene Hackman (95), his wife Betsy and their dog all found dead together at their home in New Mexico where they moved to for a quieter life in 2004 after retiring from acting. Foul play is not suspected, so possibly a joint suicide.

Last year they were seen out in public for the first time in 21 years.

Swedish paper also mentioned Carbon monoxide poisoning as a possible reason.

Won an Olympic medal. Also a successful as in starting a Christian church, making millions from his innovative grill, winning back the heavyweight title in his forties becoming the oldest world champion and being a general philanthropist and good guy. I really liked and respected him. One of the all time great boxers but not in Ali’s class when it came to the rumble in the jungle.

very sad, he played Doctor Kildare, and was the most popular Hollywood icon for three years running. Monster hit show.
