Yes, I was thinking a younger Pope would be great. At least someone in their 50's or 60's would have a better chance of being there a Decade or more.

If you watch the film "Conclave", recently Oscar-awarded, you will know more about it.

Oh I know about it, just think they should go with someone younger is all 50's or 60's they are ready. They are always changing rules in the Catholic Church to stay with modern times.

At least the President they have now, in my very humble opinion, trying to fix something that wasn't broken, he is the one breaking it.

Well, a problem with this is if they get a guy in there who seems set on destroying the Church. A guy 10-20 years younger has more energy and more time to get that done. Of course, the bright side is that a younger guy could make changes to revolutionize the Church, make it more relevant in the modern era.

I assume by a man's 50's or 60's he is pretty much secure in his way of thinking and the direction he is heading. I don't know how the Catholic Church can consider that too young. I am a Roman Catholic but not a practicing one as I don't go to church very often but do say my prayers and pray directly to God, no in between guy. 😉

Let's try a female American president for a start.

That will probably happen first! 😉

Hopefully people will soon tire of the guy in the WH ripping everything apart.
