Maybe I need to give up the idea that people will actually read what I wrote and send me their choice by e-mail without me having to tell each of them to do so personally. 🙁
This is the general forum, remember. 😉

I'll email my choice now.

I'll give it another week. If there's a picture you'd like to see in the finale (and it's not already in the list), please send an e-mail to rhpphotocomp@gmail.com , telling me the title and which round it is from.

Would it be possible to put all those in this round on one link?

That's what I am going to do when I open the round for voting. But at the moment I still don't know exactly which pictures will be in the finale, and putting all pictures of all rounds on one page would be impractical.

I just ordered a Sony Alpha DSLR-A700. 😲 I hope I won't regret it.

I always have a bit of a laugh when I see your name nordleys, there is something comical about it that I cant quite put my finger on.

I used to have a pet hamster called Norburg, perhaps that is where the joke has come from.

Yes, there's something comical about "nordleys". 😛

Well even if I did add the 'e' there is still a comical effect to the name, not in a bad way.

Or on the 5th. 😞

I have to admit that I haven't made any progress regarding the finale of the photo comp. I haven't even e-mailed or PMed previous participants. Instead, I have been waiting anxiously for my new camera to arrive, and today it did! I just got the batteries charged, have started to make myself familiar with the camera, and have taken the first two pictures. So far I am quite impressed! I think I'll have tons of fun with my new toy. Let's see if I still get to finish the photo comp...

Talking to myself, but... That image stabiliser is amazing! This is a free-hand shot through the window at night: http://home.online.no/~khgott/snow.jpg
The exposure time was 1.6 seconds (which made the children on the right side of the picture turn into ghosts...), which would normally result in a completely blurred picture unless you have a super-steady hand, which I don't.

Very nice pic. Normally you'd have to use a tripod for a shot like that. No problems attaching your old Minolta lenses?
