Make sure you have either flattened the image or merged all layers, then make sure it is in RGB format, then SAVE AS and choose JPG (RBG format is not absolutely needed, but makes for the best quality JPG)

with the older versions you needed to flatten layered images first. I think it changed in PS 5 or 6...

I'll take your word for it. I was a Fireworks user back in the day, so I only got introduced to Photoshop when the merger happened and they released the Creative Suite series.

If you check out my clan logo Clan 24749 that was the photoshoped image, is it supposed to look like that? or should it be clearer?

It just happens to me (maybe once every two years) when I move my left arm a certain way. (I cracked the cartilage in my shoulder as a kid.) Screaming, intense pain. No fun at all.
