You're an American and you don't know what fluff is? For shame 🙂 It's that marshmellow goo in a jar you get at the grocery store, My kids swear by it.

Ok, for the record, I looked it up and it appears that this is primarily a New England thing. Out here in the desert, we just call it marshmellow creme, and putting this in a sandwich is just about the worst idea I've ever heard.
