Take one roast, cook it for about 12 hours in the crock pot on low, covered in water.
Cut it into 1 inch slabs, then shred the slabs.
Make Barbeque sauce from Betty Crocker Cookbook and pour it over the shredded beef.
Stick it on a hamburger bun!

2 large onions.
Salt and pepper
Couple of teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
Place in large pot with two pints of milk, 2 pints of water and bring to boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 3-5 hour.
Once cooked enjoy.
One warning, tripe will smell the kitchen a bit so you may need to leave the kitchen window and door open when cooking.
