Call for takeout... ask them to get you cigs... and bring the food. Now you pay for food and cigs rather than a ride and stay right at home.

Isn't it like 1 or 2 am there? I can't even get cigs that time of day.

In Oregon a bicycle is considered a vehicle and you can get a DUII on a bike.

Yep, no fooling Mimor. A bicycle here is considered a vehicle and the operator must obey all of the very same rules as anybody driving a motorized vehicle. I was just being a wiseass when I said steal a golf cart. You can rack up a DUI on a golf cart and even your riding lawn mower tractor.
