So my original complaint was about him, that he contarvened the TOS on multiple occasions. The only reply I had from the site admin was to ask for a copy of the relevant text in the thread as they couldn't be bothered to trawl through the thread to find it. I cut and pasted loads of text, and have not heard back in about 4 weeks, despite numerous emails and messages.
I want to know if any action has been taken and if so, what.
I have also threatened to report this site to every racial watchdog because it seems to support and encourage racism by not taking action against those who make racist comments on it's public discussion boards - I have not done so yet, pending a reply which I requested from Russ, but my patience is wearing thin.
There, have a go at me if you like, but I am angry, frustrated and hurt over the whole issue.

On an open, public, multi-national forum, you need a thicker skin than normal.
People will always say things that you may not agree with.
That doesn't make it wrong or 'against the rules' - which means any qualms you might have with what was posted is not necessarily complaint-worthy.

You see, the example above is what I mean. I can take all kinds of weird things from your post out of context, if I wanted to - that doesn't mean any of them are actually complaint-worthy...
