am i right in saying russ is the overall administrator for this site..? if so, he hasnt played many games.... maybe he's too busy trawling through the forums getting rid of scum like me

Russ is the public face of site admin. He doesn't play much chess as it's mainly a PR / photo call role. You should worry if you hear from the real admins, they're a right mean and scary bunch.
