It blows my mind....go have a nude wrestling match with moldy crow.....moron....
Is "yellow" a race?

I doubt that Steve Irwin was doing anything to that Stingray. That does not mean that the Stingray did not feel threatened. Steve was too close to the Stingray. He made a mistake and tragicly paid a great price. Steve's death was just like Kevin Budden's. Budden's mistake was that he had nothing with him to keep a taipan in. Stephen Robert Irwin. R.I.P.

So long Stevo ya ballsed it right up this time eh!

At least his youngest baby won't be threatened by that Croc he tried to introduce it to.

In the animal world it's known as "Don't mess with the big boys". 😕

you can be a metre away from a cat or dog, doesn't mean you are threatening it and being above it is neither here nor there. Stingray attacks on humans are rare, significantly so, as there is only 3 recorded off Australia in the last 200 years. You can swim with them off the barrier reef and people have been doing this for many decades.

Wrong region. Don't know what species it was, but that one lives too far south.

Oh no Smaug, Skeeter doesn't like your tone. Perhaps she'll mark your essay down (well she would if she was actually who she claimed to be).
And if Smaug lived in New Zealand.

Sad, sad day. Scoff all you want, but I've been privvy to that final footage. Steve (and I can call him Steve ) did an incredibly stupid thing, on impulse, as was his nature and he miscalculated.

Boarmans' post is not to far from what occurred. That species of ray has a strike of only half a metre. Steve just got too personal. Bloody stupid.

Urrrr...retard?

According to news sources, no one bar his manager, the cameraman and the coroner has seen the footage.

Care to back yourself up?
