Eat Sardines they will not make you let gas escape from your rectum. 😉

The intestines contract and move their contents including gas via peristalsis—or the contractions that move waste through your digestive tract—towards your anus. Small gas bubbles come together into larger gas bubbles en route to it exits, and when your body lets out those gases, that's your fart. Save Your Own Butt!

I see nothing wrong with bodily functions so long as the subject matter does not become to adult like and something a 13 year old should not have knowledge of. Then these days that is a Joke as 13 year olds are more advanced than you and I at 13.

It's the kind of conversation in which the word borborygmic properly belongs. This is my favourite word. Woody on the whole but with an ever so slightly tinny ending. It defies all reason how this came to be the best word I know.

I'd certainly have to look up the word 'borborygmic', just what does that have to do with Sardines?
