Yey!!! I finally got my turn file!

What's the general etiquette with diplomacy/negoatiation?! Obviously we can send in game messages, but I assume they arrive with the turn files so do we just e-mail each other to discuss the diplomacy we plan to do this turn?

Diplomacy done via emails.. each turn file you get will have the other peoples email addresses..

Yip - I just got another turn + password email.

Have to start reading up on fleets and spies and stuff - haven't used them yet in DragonLords.

What's all this stuff about commoners having a limit of 3 annexes?

Does this mean that for the entire game I'll only be able to take over another 3 provinces and have to go around pillaging the others for income?! 😲

If I annex 3 provinces early in the game, can I un-annex them in the future so I can annex other provinces with better incomes?

Yep - it costs money to annex a province - I don't think it does to de-annex.

There's no knowledge of other provinces at the start of the game because of the way this game is structured. In the previous games, the scouting was either apparent (MD) or by sharing recon/spies (Dragon). In this one, your troops cannot even see the next provinces without you ordering them to scout/search, so attacks need real lief style scouting before they can be enacted. Send out your spies/scouts etc to gain recon.
