I spend a couple of hours with it at first download, then e-mail through the week and then rechecking and issuing through the last day. Possibly 4 hours total, it depends how complicated things are and how many allies you have to coordinate.

Treetalk deserves a spot in this - and after living in japan for such a long time may have more luck! (home ground advantage :-) )
