Should FMF be a moderator?

Not really because there is no intention for the information to be misleading. But if you want to use the word "propaganda", it's fine by me.
It's obviously misleading.

You simply don't have the qualities you claim to have.

Your description of yourself is an insult to everyone you've attacked in these forums.

You are mistaken. I do have the qualities that I claim to have.

I don't think it is "an insult" to anyone.

You do have a claim to false modesty.
And that is a quality indeed.

You should've just stayed Divegeester:
Plenty of claims of quality come from that account.

What nonsense is this?

You left out humbleness, probably your greatest quality.

[Sarcams flag] hasn't been displayed...

If you are really oblivious of that: At least in European cultures (but my understamnding is even more so in Chinese and japanese culture) it is seen as a given that other people should attest your qualities.

I know that this is opposed to the US way where it is expected that people are loud or very loud on their qualities ("best president ever" anyone?)

Don't be so silly, Ponderable. On a thread called "My campaign to become a moderator" I started by simply saying "I am smart and fair-minded and a forum veteran. And I have the best interests of the website at heart." To suggest that saying such things somehow flies in the face of "European cultures" is just plain silly.

Sorry for being "plain silly".

The point is not if you are right on that.

The point is that in the mentioned cultures it is expected that people let other do the praise (and some never get their fair share...)

Utter nonsense.
