I have no plans to be a chess moderator. I would simply weigh the merits of alerts in terms of their TOS compliance and decide whether or not to delete the posts in question.

Couldn't Russ just retire all the human moderators and subscribe to an AIJU service?

That would be your prerogative as a moderator if you ~ and the website ~ believed that the posting in question violated the TOS.

As a moderator, I would take Russ's advice on banning posters, while dealing with alerted posts independently in the context of the TOS.
