Delinquents in the U.S. used to be given the option of jail or military. Now the military doesn't even want to deal with them. Time for the way back machine.

Personally I would rather beat them to death with a baseball bat, your thoughts please.
I wear hoodies and I'd rather you beat me up than hugged me.

Not all hoodies are hoodies, just like not all gangstas are gangstas (that make sense)? Who did you beat up last night by the Manor?

It's only a temporary habit change. It's like when you walk up to a dog with your hand out stretched so it doesn't bite, same thing applies here.

AYe. The job I'm in at the moment, I really couldn't take over there. I'm a manager of a retirement home. The job requires a reasonable degree of communication skills which is okay over here but in Spain erm..... I wouldn't get away with 'vamos al playa!'. 🙁

I did it in various disciplines for about 8 years (all health care).

The final straw for me was when the council closed the home I jointly managed and "resettled" the residents.

I am not saying this had anything to do with the closure, but the better part of them died within a year of leaving.

At the funerals there would be members of the family I had never seen in all the years their parents were in care, it is funny how a will can tug at the old heart strings.

Edit: Good luck to you
