Not the skins duder.

You know this little yellow strands you get on the inside of a banana when you peel it? That's what you use. You dry these strands completely and then you can smoke it.
The high is more like cannabis than LSD (and I have no idea what-so-ever what DMT is... it sounds like something women get once a month).

But.. Don't do it. It makes you puke.
