I have been both, twice in each category if memory serves me well, though "snob" and "scum" are not the first words that come to mind.

The only time I had anything with 1500 in it was a 1965 Simca 1500. Oh wait, I once had $1500.00 (CDN) in a chequing account and that was only because the bank, mistakenly, put someone's, not mine, cheque for $1475.00 into my account.
