recommended ideal healthy weight for you is 190-200 lb. so not a lot of work to do. I know a woman that lost 161 pounds. That is as much as some people weigh. Stick to a strick healthy diet if you can, as a rule you can cheat on it once a week if you are working out.

I've stuck to that for years now, have founds some things low in sugar and salt and some things not having one or the other. Hard to find anything not having either, that you enjoy eating.

Has anyone else noticed that occasionally some members try to start a meaningful and stimulating thread of substance, apparently trying to knock this STG off its pedestal. Alas, this thread game has a sticky quality.

Originally posted by @great-big-steesYou must be closing in on 50 years of golf by now, still got those same golf clubs that were 40 years old some years ago? 😉 Do you need a cane now to do the 18 or do you stick with 9 holes/

Originally posted by @great-big-steesYou never answered if you have those 40+ year old clubs. Stick to that story about not going to prison...lol.. 😉 So there are actually those 20 years you didn't play? so that would cut you back to only having played a meazly 47 years. 😉 😛
