I will stick that suggestion in with the others I have received and pull one out of a hat.
Stick with listening to that little voice inside you, it is as a rule correct!!! 😉

I have the impression you like doing business and they say buying property is never wrong.

Lotions are smooth and silky

Notions are just fleeting unsubstantiated constructs

Glues, tars, gums . . . Things like that are sticky

Apologies for a serious reflective post

Best to stick in some substantive posts occasionally just to break up the log jam of nonsense.

That could get sticky, as one would have to do a background check on said property.

Even more work in buying a house that has been around for years, could cost you more in repairs than it is worth buying.

An inspection of the building is imperative, but investing in property has been very lucrative over the years so if Stees buys a vacation home in Cuba it could be good business.

There would be many hoops to jump through and I’m not as athletic as I once was.🙊😉

What makes it sticky is you don't the know the shape of the house and would have to have experts look it over, unless of course you don't care about that part and money is not going to matter just the piece of land it is on and where it is location.

You pay people to make the inspection, I'm sure it's worth the money spent.
Oh, I forgot to stick, stick, stick... 🙂
Also, with all the advice he has got, he'll know what to do.

I am sure Stees knows what to do, just making some conversation to stick in the STG! 😉

Exactly. The whole point of this thread is to stick with it come hell or high water and although the water levels here are "highish" on the Great Lakes at the moment it's hellish looking out my living room window...snow.

Yes I heard about the snow coming your way....We had a little dusting the other day, you know the kind that melt the next day, but a sign it is on the way. Looks like the snow is going to hit most of Canada in the next few days, hopefully we will be mostly rain. Our neighbours in New Brunswick are going to get it, so we are not to far away.
Stick some salt on your drive way in advance of the snow, will make it easier to remove. Trick I've learned over the years! 😉 Unless of course you have a plow who comes and does it for you.

Well, just relax and await your Cuba-trip. No 'stick' this post. 🙂
