The Patriots have as about as good a chance to win it this year as any team in the league. Anyone who thinks that they are washed up is completely delusional. As far as 3 reasons go:

1. Talent that matches well against any team in the league.
2. Championship experience.
3. The best active coach in the league (and one of the best all-time).

Dynasties don't last forever, it is true...but this one has life left in it, and it is a mistake to not recognize that fact simply because you want another team to win.

so many people think the patriots are good now because they got Randy Moss who by the way had 1 touchdown last year

Did I mention Randy Moss? The Pats are a good team for many reasons and the addition of Moss will enhance them to a degree, but he will clearly not be the sole deciding factor that makes them a Championship contender. That assertion is simply absurd.

Forget Randy Moss. It's all about Wes Welker, baby!

He should be fun to watch. Does anyone have the time to tally the votes for each team in this thread so that we can monitor it over the course of the season? I will in a few days if nobody else can.

Don't even. Half the thread was dedicated to Seattle and New England fans trying to overthrow the idea of the Rams outdoing the Seahawks this year. Note. All of those believing Seattle will outdo the Rams this year were, indeed, Seattle fans.

But, ignoring all of the bias, everyone seems to think the Packers will win. Bias is as strong a word as hate I think.....

Born in Virginia, lifelong Redskins fan. I live in MA now, and have tremendous fun watching the Pats, mostly because the Skins are a hopeless cause...next question?

i don't think the Packers will win..so not everybody. I also think that Seattle will outperform the Rams..and I'm not a Seattle fan...you are striking out with your assumptions here.
