got a really bad tooth ache
had it for the past 4 days
been to the dentist twice
the only tablets that have eased the pain are polish ones i got at work - really f'ing strong.
i only have 1 left.
if i take it now and wake up in the middle of the night i'm screwed.
if i wait and see if i wake up i might not get to sleep.
so, do you take it now or wait?
btw at this point your (my) tooth is sore but not as sore as it could/has been.

If you are, you are Donald Ducked and will just have to man it out.
If it helps, the pain is coming from the swelling created under or around the tooth, if you do a little "blood letting" (tee hee) then you might just get away with it.
Remember, this is a chess thingy and not Dentist.com and I am barking mad (but it works for me, sticking a tooth pick right in there that is).

you're supposed to only take 2 per day
i took 4 yesterday and have taken 2 today.
but the last one was at about 4pm and is dieing off pretty fast.
