Wrestling.
Didn't you break your arm arm wrestling? So if you use your whole body guess what happens?
Do the math bro.

I’m all for teaching friendly rodents the difference between plain and purl using twigs and long grass.
I taught a chipmunk how to play chess. After I checkmated him the little jerk grabbed a bishop and took off with it. Luckily it was a mixed set of cheap pieces. I found another black bishop later.
I had a ground squirrel while camping hop up in my lap and beg for food. I kept a bag of peanuts on hand for him.
This little guy visited me often for a couple of years. We had a camping trailer and rented a lot year round.

I've broken my right pinky toe a few times. That is all.

Is anyone here interested in this? Could it lead to a healthier you?
I had to do a web search to learn that "IF Study" was about intermittent fasting.

It is of some interest to me, and I'm aware that some studies on IF have produced conflicting results about its effectiveness.

Hoping that the big study helps to bring some resolution.

Fasting?

Fasting and preventing your body from getting nutrients is a lot worse than just eating healthy.
Your teeth, bones, organs, brain, everything, need nutrients constantly. Just eat healthy.
People tend to look for a quick fix scam instead of what is really needed and that is why the "fitness industry" is so big and brings in money. People are dumb. They don't want the hard work. They want a temporary feeling of them about to change.

Several animal studies have found promising results on the potential lifespan-extending effects of fasting. In one study, rats that fasted every other day experienced a delayed rate of aging and lived 83% longer than rats that didn’t fast.

I wake periodically to eat cheese.

Well “if” the IF study is about whether to walk the golf course or to rent a cart. Ya know…”What IF I rent a cart instead of walking, is it as healthy as walking?”🤔

Sleep is the fast. That's why it's called breakfast.
Break Fast.
I wouldn't recommend more fasting to anyone.
Look at professional athletes who have the best abilities and bodies. They eat a lot. They eat a lot more than the average citizen.

Living Longer just means being Old Longer.
Physical ability while still relevant in age is what matters.

Old lady can't get off the toilet?
She should have been doing squats and eating healthy.
Strength and physical ability should take precedence over looks when it comes to aging.

Thin is not in.

Ask a Bear if thin is in. The Bear will get so mad it will rip you apart.

I've heard from some that cheese before bedtime promotes cool dreams -- which I don't dispute -- but for me it usually results in acid reflux.

Or take a long nap.

I have no time to dream sir. There's cheese that needs eating.
