lol. I guess we can all concentrate on getting healthy this month. We should count ourselves lucky that there isn't a holiday in November that encourages us to overeat again.

The candy exchange is the best part of Halloween!

It was always hard coming back with those unbankable items like a pear from the house that was trying to give out healthy food, and the popcorn ball from the family who wanted to have a more old-fashioned involved Halloween than just giving out prepackaged candy, and the one neighbor who have out pennie ...[text shortened]... her candy was measured.

Well, anyway, how about a Three Musketeers Bar for that Kit Kat?
Candy Corn is delicious.

It has to be eaten in color-coded order in small bites. Hold the fat end, and bite off the tiny white nib. Then you can take the second bite, but only down to where the orange meets the yellow. Then with the last bite, you can eat the yellow butt of the corn. The order is vitally important!!!

I can't remember the cartoon, might have been a Ren and Stimpy sub cartoon or something (Like Log, the Wonderful Toy).

Seems all the Candy Corn was made in the 20's and what we have now is the same candy.

Perhaps it was actually those orange peanuts.

Either way, they are the worst candies ever.

Overeat during Thanksgiving? Doesn't everyone just watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, eat an Oscar Mayer turkey sandwich while engaging in the perennial argument over which is better -- Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip -- and then fall asleep by the end of the first quarter of the Detroit Lions game?
