Between yesterday and today, I fasted for 24 hours and didn't get a minute of sleep last night. My tummy hurt and I didn't feel good. I hate fasting. But an hour or so after I ate this morning I started to feel better, and now I don't feel a bit tired (after not getting any sleep for 39 hours)! I'm not sure if this is related to the thread, I just saw something about fasting, and I'm not going to check. "They" say your body only needs a few hours of sleep a night and the rest is for the mind. But boy am I looking foward to sleep tonight 😛 (grrr don't you hate it when you press "insert" on accident and have to go back and edit what you typed?)
