The 'going rate' is whatever you accept. It's your life you're potentially ruining completely, you should decide. How much do you value the next several years of your life you will have to live with this person and behave as if you love her, regardless of whether you do or not?
I'm not saying a marriage like this couldn't work. I'm saying it's one hell of a risk and you better think very hard about how much that risk is worth to you.
Me, I would never do it SIMPLY for money. A traditional arranged marriage is about a lot more than money. I would say to you, why are you thinking of doing this?
