There is room for 60 names on any given page of the forums. GB comes up 26 times, nearly half possible.

Would this be tolerated at any other site? I doubt it.
Would RHP tolerate this if GB was half the available posts and a new user were the other half?

Why is this spamming tolerated on a public forum?
