The post that was quoted here has been removedI have told you before I was what is called an 'operator', which is similiar to what is called moderator here, only we had more power, if you will, such as being able to kick people off the site if it was needed.
What we did was in a chatroom setting, what you are doing is in a forum setting a little different, but the same idea. Only we handled confrontations in private, which I may add were few, as all the 'Operators' treated all the users with 'Respect', respect being the key word here.
I told you the quidelines were not bad and I was impressed, did you miss that part, just that there is more things that could be added, and not just 'the words' that should not be used. I was trying to contribute, which I see was a large mistake on my part.

Moron... An adult mentally equal to a child of between 8-12 years old, in many cases, depending on what has been said, that very well could be a compliment not a put down.
Do we want to bring up threads you have started about me, or your posts on things you have called me? I don't think so, I believe things you have said about, and called me far out number anything I have done to you. Not making any of it right, of course.
