That's a rather broad, subjective definition. A war against such could drag on for quite a while and could easily be hijacked by personal self interest, don't you think?

I have in the past seen other pictures of the truck in question which match up with the one I posted making image manipulation much harder. When I first saw it it was posted by the son of the car owner.
