In fact, you could even argue that as recs are now technically more valuable, the rec whores will try harder to get them and post even more offensive crap.

Yep, just means that some of the good stuff is going to get lost in the trash now, because most things will only get 1 rec.

Could be and then maybe we'll lose the reccs altogether. As far as I'm concerned that would be just fine.

I do think that people say stuff to get recs, and that ends up with a fight. No recs is far better than no forums.
