I don't consider that I do either of points 1 or 2, except occasionally by accident. The intent certainly isn't there. On the other hand, I believe that you, Very Rusty, are the most aggressive of all the trolls on this site. Not all the time - many of your posts are worth reading - but you definitely have a strong streak of troll. Look at that "you included", pure Point 2 stuff. I'm not posting this for the sold purpose of inciting response or argument either, simply declaring my personal opinion, take it or leave it. (I won't be visiting this thread in the next day or two.)

{all of the above are quotes from different web forums}
RHP posters use the word "troll" to cover all the various internet pests who disrupt the smooth flow of conversational chat in forum threads. We know the original meaning was narrower than this, but we're using it in its wider sense.
Posting racist, xenophobic or pornographic stuff earns a deletion and sometimes a forum or site ban, and rightly so. Posting irrelevant off-topic stuff, such as links to things which don't advance the discussion, is not in the same league and can be tolerated, provided that you don't have a short fuse. The General Forum is probably the only place on RHP where it SHOULD be tolerated, in my opinion.

LOL...For someone who doesn't like to argue or instigate, you seem to be in on both more times than not! 😛 😉
Don't be so silly, no one is more aggressive than HOH!
Your personal opinion I've always taken into consideration, but not often have I agreed with it.
In another time, with another name you worked to try and have someone banned from a site. Tell me what is more aggressive than that? Have you forgotten all about that? An angel you are not, for those of us in the "KNOW"!
As I've told HOH, don't throw rocks if you happen to live in a glass house.

There is a challenge out there and I hope the community will know what to do.
Cheers
When you reply to a troll or group of trolls on the internet, usually angrily and while showing signs of being offended. When you do this, you give the trolls the attention that they crave. You're responding in the way that the troll wants you to respond. You get upset over something that someone posted on the internet.
There are many trolls on this site. Please don't feed the trolls. Send their "definitions" to Quality Control and then ignore them. J.B. is a poster who kept feeding the trolls over minor issues. Now the trolls run rampant with his username because J.B. kept giving them the attention they wanted." (Urban Dictionary)
