Okay, maybe it was deliberate in that case. Although I have been accused of staring at people several times when I hadn't seen them at all... And in any case, if you react to rudeness by being rude yourself (and maybe taking it a step further, like expressiveoutburst when he shoved someone in the back of the legs with a trolley), it certainly won't make things better.
