I guess without celebrations of an England victory, other methods of entertainment can be considered.

did you watch the game?

it was pretty poor but the best team throughout the cup won it.

still don't have a clue how england got to the final though.

doesn't make any sense getting beat by everyone and then reaching a world cup final.

fair play to them though, i wish ireland could've done the same.

Ireland won't make it to the Finals unless they find a way to make fourteen Brian O'Driscoll clones

It is because if the English press get a chance to hype a match up, the team always gets overconfident and loses. By only marginally making it out of the group stages, expectations were lower for the side and they performed better to prove themselves.

Plus, if they had allowed that try, the game would have taken a very different turn with England ahead and africa having to fight for the points.

that makes sense, it has pretty much been 4 years of disappointment though, the aus and france results came from nowhere.

i still don't think it was a try, his foot appears to touch the line before the ball touched down, wouldn't have been surprised if it had been given though.

do you think they'll start playing a bit in the 6 nations now or go back to the team that was losing to ireland and france every year?

I think that now they have something to prove again, they ought to be going out there looking to win instead of hoping their reputation will carry them through the matches.
