@handyandy saidNo, just blind trust in propaganda. I would live to see true journalism.
Are you casting aspersions on the First Amendment?
@very-rusty saidNot worrying about fixing it is the key. With freedom comes the possibility of bad things happening. I choose to not live on the Manor.
You live there I don't, at least you fly the American flag. You should know that information. No killing is acceptable, Just saying that with that many people it is going to happen. It is not just the mass shootings it is the copy cat shootings afterwards. What do you suggest be done about it? Figure that one out and you'd become a popular man!

@wolfgang59 saidBut we are a republic, which means rule by representatives.
Democracy means rule by the people ... not rule by counties.
@wolfgang59 saidMurder is. There are 40 people murdered in the US everyday, but I guess these people do not count.
Fancy sensationalising a mass killing!
They should just be part of normal every day life I guess!
@wolfgang59 saidIn wastelands like the USA, they are.

@shallow-blue saidQuotes Fox? Why is Fox any better or worse than the others?
Says the guy who quotes Fox, and who doesn't read the Bible but takes Breidbart as his gospel.
@wolfgang59 saidIf you know your history and how this country was originally designed you will know why our President is elected through the electoral college.
But how those representatives are elected can take many forms.
It is designed to be a check against the dictatorship of the majority.
But you being a shallow leftist have little education concerning the Constitution or how this country was designed. You think the US is supposed to be like the UK or other Unitary designed governments.
@eladar saidOnly if the office of the President acknowledges and accepts the oversight role of the House as a joint branch of government and then cooperates with it. If that is undermined or bypassed by a president who was elected by a minority thanks to the electoral college, and he 'rules' by executive orders, where does that leave the 'dictatorship of the minority' versus the 'dictatorship of the majority' thing?
Lol, no the House does.
