I think it's just a young clone of ernst stavro blofeld. he needs a furry cat and a rotating evil-mastermind-chair.

He seems convincing. Got my vote. Plus I'm gonna call him later so we can hang out and talk about what'll happen when revolution comes - oh, and playstation games, we're gonna talk about that too.

It's a guy running for Governor of Tokyo, and he's shouting about destroying the state and revolution and stuff in his campaign speech. He goes on to tell everyone to call him if they want join the revolution even if they're minors. Then he finishes up by saying that if he wins it will really "freak them out." Funniest thing I've ever seen. Almost.

I only got to see part of it and then it froze just when he was about to blame his countrymen for everything. An anarchist wants to "scrap and scrap" Japan because it is beyond the point where reforms will help. The speaker is quite an intent young man who served two years in prison for sedition (I think that's what it said).

Edit: He did mention that he'll only back down if you write him a song about his greatness.
