your an idot i've calculated how much i eat in health class plenty of times to know my intake. you just can't understand my metabolic rate and how much i excercise. i only drink 1 protein shake after a workout none before or later on in the day. i go through 3 gallons of whole milk a week so that milk joke wasn't that funny taking that i drink about half a gallon of milk in a day.
