Why do people like that wikepedia thing so much?

Can't anyone type anything there? Can't you put garbage there and no one will do anything?

I was reading some of the stuff under chess. I started laughing.

He wants to gain weight. Don't ask me why. I asked him earlier in this thread, but didn't get an answer, or I must have missed it.

Gain weight in muscle, I can understand it I would rather gain weight in muscle then lose weight in any aspect of me.

I know doctors and others recommend you drink 8 glass of water a day. I was reading on this site that this person trying to get from 170 to 180 pounds drinks 17 glass of water a day! 17!!!

I started drinking more water and i'm around 8-9 a day now. How much do you drink?

I start this program last month, April 1 and gained several pounds that month, but ...[text shortened]... not gaining any weight anymore, just going back and forth around one weight.

Any ideas?

I didn't think you seriously wanted an answer. Well,

You always see those adds, Lose X pounds in _ weeks, etc...

But not everyone is overweight. There are opposites also.
