Will the answer to the 'partners' last question enable someone else to guess the last answer, or enable him/her to win the game?

Mysteries: 1. Person [disclosed]; 2. Partner; 3. Place [point awarded to lemon lime]; 4. Thing; 5. Time;
6. Situation; 7. Condition; 8. Motivation. 9. New Location of RHP's Server. (Tie Breaker: Date.)

Answering 2. Partner correctly will be worth a point to someone; in that sense, it will help him/her to win the game.

Just one more question. Is 5. (Time) the day and time (timestamp) the last mystery will have been solved?

Yes, but I have miles of cyberspace to go elsewhere before I sleep
(w/apologies to Robert Frost). Besides, been known to always do as told

There are eight (8) mysteries to be solved before December 8, 2013, nine weeks from today when the winners will be na ...[text shortened]... ss to all! Get creative. Piece the mysteries together. Enjoy each other while playing our game. (OP)
"Will There be A Prize? Yes, three: Gold, Silver and Bronze. Details are included in the email to my brother and will be announced a week from today. Why not now? To keep focus on getting our newest game underway by minimizing sidebars."

Since our sleuthing game is already well underway, after only three days, there's no need to stand on ceremony with the stated timing for announcing the prizes. To win the Gold Prize, An Annual Subscription to Red Hot Pawn, four of the eight mysteries (or three and the tie breaker) must be solved. If won by a present subscriber, whose renewal date does not come due by January 31, 2014, the prize may be gifted to a non-subscriber friend. Details within a week on Silver and Bronze.
