the oak ale is just aged in oak casks, isn't flavoured by it IIRC.

Waggledance - honey ale
Fraoch - heather ale
Grozet - gooseberry
Kelpie - seaweed (not tried this, but would like to)
Youngs Double Chocolate Stout (really really really nice).
Frabmoisen (spelling - Raspberry) and the Cherry version too.
(Young's Double Chocolate Stout is very good.)

I'm amazed at all these new beer flavors coming out during every season. I had some kind of pumpkin ale while watchin football this weekend that was delicious. And I'm really getting more into mixed drinks as lager is starting to have a bad effect on my once well muscled stomach, and I have had some good mixes lately.

Another one that I just stumbled upon just this year comes from what has to be one of the most consistently great breweries I've encountered: Dogfish Head in Rehoboth Beach, DE, USA. Their Punkin Ale is out of this world, with a perfect blend of nutmeg and other harvest-time flavors. Really, I haven't had even one bad brew from these guys. They make it like we dream it!
